The NSW Tier 3 Performance Report provides insights on trends and patterns in the Tier 3 community housing sector (as of February 2018).
The Sector Snapshot publication provides a short half-yearly profile of the registered community housing sector, together with summary data on sector performance for Classes 1, 2 and 3. The Sector Snapshot will deliver stakeholders with regular and timely summary data to supplement the full analysis of the sector’s performance across all classes of registration that is published in the second half of the year as the Annual Statement of Performance.
The Strategic Stewardship Report
The Strategic Stewardship project examined governance, risk management and strategic planning practices for Class 1, 2 and 3 community housing providers in NSW who were registered under the Housing Act 2001 (NSW) at 1 May 2011, and who managed the vast majority of the community housing property portfolio.
The project was carried out by staff from the Registrar of Community Housing and overseen by a project advisory group with members drawn from academia, government and the industry peak body.
The Strategic Stewardship report describes the findings and ways in which the sector could strengthen its capacity. It also contains examples of Australian and international positive practice.
