Registrar Outcome 1 - Community housing providers assessed as suitable for registration and their performance monitored
Under this outcome, the Registrar reports on the performance of the regulatory system and the right balance in authorisation, public value and regulatory capacity.
Registrar Outcome 2 - Improved capacity of providers to deliver quality outcomes
Under this outcome, the Registrar reports on the performance of providers to deliver sustained performance at best practice levels over time.
Registrar Outcome 3 - Improved public and private investor confidence
Under this outcome, the Registrar assesses the sector’s financial performance, providing assurance that community housing providers provide sustainable and fit-for-purpose housing solutions now and into the future.
Annual Statement of Performance 2014
Reporting Period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014
The fourth Annual Statement of Performance reports on the outcomes against the National Regulatory System, NSW Regulatory Code, and the Aboriginal Housing Office's Provider Assessment and Registration System (PARS). It identifies trends and issues in the administration of the three regulatory systems for the FY2013-FY2014.

Reporting Period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013
The third Annual Statement of Performance presents data on compliance assessment of providers against the Regulatory Code from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013. These outcomes are compared against the previous reported aggregate outcomes for 2012. It also presents data on the registration assessment outcomes of Aboriginal community housing providers against the Provider Assessment and Registration System (PARS) in aggregate form to 30 June 2013. In addition, it provides an account of the Registrar’s work.

Reporting Period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011
The first Annual Statement of Performance presents an aggregated view of registration outcomes against the Regulatory Code over the two-year transitional period under the Housing Act, and provides a baseline for future reporting. In addition, it provides an account of the Registrar’s work for the Aboriginal Housing Office in undertaking assessments of Aboriginal community housing providers in the Provider Assessment and Registration System (PARS).
