Property Utilisation Reporting

The  Registrar conducted a campaign to determine if property utilisation data being reported by community housing providers is accurate and correctly reflects the sector’s performance.

In 2019, a follow-up campaign was completed to determine the effectiveness of the actions identified in the initial campaign with suggestions made for possible follow up measures.
