Conflict of Interest Management and Practice

In 2019, the Registrar conducted a campaign to understand and evaluate current conflict of interest practice and management in the community housing sector. By doing so, the Registrar  provides guidance on compliant, better and best practice behaviours for managing conflicts of interest.

In 2020, a follow-up campaign was completed to determine whether providers had addressed the recommendations made in the initial Conflicts of Interest report and to review any trends towards improvement and behavioural changes in management practice relating to conflicts of interest.
