Use of Section 85 under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW)

In 2018, the Registrar conducted a campaign to identify if providers are using or have previously used section 85 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) to evict tenants on a ‘no cause’ basis and if so, what this means for tenant outcomes more broadly.
