The Registrar of Community Housing’s Annual Statement of Performance 2023

We are pleased to announce the release of our Annual Statement of Performance for financial year 2022-23.

This report details our work in regulating Community Housing Providers with a NSW remit under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and the NSW Local Scheme (Local Scheme). It also provides an in-depth look at what we have achieved over the year and the performance of our office in ensuring a well-governed, well-managed and viable community housing sector.
