Annual Statement of Performance 2020

We are pleased to announce the release of our Annual Statement of Performance for financial year 2019-20.

The report details our work in regulating Community Housing Providers in New South Wales under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and the NSW Local Scheme. It also provides an in-depth look at what we have achieved over the year, the continual improvements and the performance of our office in ensuring a well governed, well managed and viable community housing sector.

We have made some changes this year to the format of the annual statement of performance from HTML website based format to a tableau based format. The redesign is to provide a more informative and interactive report.
