    The NCAT provides an independent, low cost and accessible dispute resolution forum to the people of NSW in relation to tenancy matters, including in relation to community housing.

    The Housing Appeals Committee is an independent agency that can review administrative decisions made by a social housing provider such as decisions about eligibility, allocations, rent subsidies and transfers.

    The Tenants' Union of NSW is the main resourcing body for the network of Tenants' Advice and Advocacy Services and a community legal centre specialising in NSW residential tenancies law.
  • Tenants' Advice and Advocacy Services
    The network of Tenants' Advice and Advocacy Services (TAASs) provide free information, advice and advocacy to renters in their local areas.The TAASs assist renters in private rental housing, social housing tenants, boarders and lodgers, and land lease community residents.
