Tier 1 & 2 Performance Report 2020

The Registrar is pleased to announce the release of the Tier 1 & 2 Performance Report.

The report provides an in-depth look into the performance of Tier 1 and 2 NSW Community Housing Providers including highlights throughout the financial year, financial performance and pressures, trends and the current sector environment for the financial year ending 30 June 2020.

We have made some changes this year to the format of the Tier 1 & 2 Performance Report from HTML website based format to a Tableau based format. The redesign is to provide a more informative and interactive report. We have provided guidance throughout the report, so keep a look out, as it provides additional information. The NSW Registrar also plans to update the Tier 1 & 2 Performance Report more frequently with the aim of moving towards more real-time reporting.

The Tier 1 and 2 community housing sector is diverse and remains viable. The majority of Tier 1 and 2 providers continue to meet the benchmark level of performance with no significant issues throughout the reporting year.
