In 2018, the Registrar conducted a campaign to identify if providers’ behaviour was impacting on visibility and accessibility of information in the community housing sector and if so, what this meant for tenant outcomes more broadly.

In 2019, a follow-up campaign was completed to identify if recommendations made in the Visibility and Accessibility of Information in the Community Housing Sector report were actioned by Tier 1 and 2 providers.
