The Registrar of Community Housing is responsible for registering, monitoring and regulating community housing providers in NSW under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and the NSW Local Scheme. The Registrar is an independent statutory officer reporting directly to the Minister for Housing.

The Tier 1 & Tier 2 Performance Report for 2022 has been finalised by our office. The report provides insights on regulatory performance, trends and patterns in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 community housing sector for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
