The Registrar of Community Housing holds office under section 10 of the Community Housing Providers (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW).
NRSCH
The Registrar is responsible for administering the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) in NSW. The NRSCH is established by the Community Housing Providers National Law, which is contained in an appendix to the Community Housing Providers (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW).
