If a community housing provider is not satisfied with the Registrar’s decision to refuse to register or to cancel its registration, it can ask for the decision to be reviewed.
The organisation may also apply directly to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT) for a review of the decision, whether or not an internal review has already been undertaken. Information about the ADT can be found at www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/adt.
Any other decision made by the Registrar (under Part 9A, Division 2 of the Housing Amendment (Community Housing Providers) Act 2007) is final and not subject to review.
