Financial Performance Report

After submitting a Request to Register Form, the Registrar makes an assessment of the class an organisation will be registered under and provides an appropriate application form.

At this point the organisation also receives a Financial Performance Report which is designed to capture financial data used by the Registrar to assess an organisation’s financial viability and compliance with the Regulatory Code.

The report features a number of spreadsheets. The organisation enters its financial data on one sheet. Other sheets have formulae that generate performance measures and charts, based on the data entered by the organisation.

Once a provider achieves registration, they must periodically submit a financial performance report as well as audited financial statements and the business plan to enable the Registrar to determine whether they remain financially viable and compliant with the Regulatory Code.

A read only version of the Financial Performance Report template is available here:

For further information on the Financial Performance Report, please see the Financial Performance Report Fact Sheet (PDF 171KB) and the Financial Viability Guide (PDF 1,268KB).

Please note organisations will be sent a Financial Performance Report that they can edit after submitting their Request to Register Form.
