After initial registration providers must continue to comply with the Regulatory Code in order to maintain registration.
The Registrar of Community Housing will use a risk based approach to compliance assessment. This will involve both scheduled and ad-hoc reviews.
Compliance reviews will involve providing relevant records and information to the Registrar upon request and allowing the Registrar to inspect premises or records at any reasonable time.
As part of the compliance process, registered community housing providers must update and submit their Financial Performance Report.
